The app wants me to remove application that related to floating apps/split screen. And I don't even have that thing.

I paid for the app, why do it say I have to uninstall some apps that include AI, split screen, etc. I did uninstall all of them and still cannot open examora. Please fix this shi. It feels like being scammed.
