SET THE TARGET ONCE
Enter one multi-year goal, for example double revenue in four years. Execution works out the compound annual growth or reduction rate that goal needs and cascades a number to every level: super-region, region, sub-region, country and site. 251 countries and territories are pre-loaded.

TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
Local managers enter quarterly actuals for their own sites. An administrator or the CEO reviews each country and locks each site's first and second half-year. Locks are enforced on the server: a locked half-year stays read-only until an administrator or the CEO reopens it.

Overall Status puts every site on a world map, coloured across five performance tiers. Executive Pulse is the morning briefing: global score, full-year target versus actual, tier distribution, the countries needing attention and the top performers.

The Strategic Tracker has six views: Timeline, Projection, Destination, Bridging, Velocity and an X-Matrix for Hoshin Kanri alignment. The KPI Scorecard ranks people by a weighted Execution Score. The Executive Report builds a board-ready pack per KPI.

BUILT FOR A REAL ORGANISATION
Role-based access across six tiers (CEO, C-Suite, EVP, VP, Director, Manager), each seeing global, regional or country data by rank, with a View As mode to see the app the way any employee sees it. A Country Approval Matrix names the approval owner for each country. An audit trail logs every change. Year-End Close archives the year and carries actuals into next year's baselines. Employees, locations, departments and designations import from Excel.

START WITH SOMETHING TO LOOK AT
A new workspace comes with a working sample: two plants, six people across all six tiers, three KPIs with quarterly entries and one approved country. A three-minute guided tour walks the real screens.

ACCESS
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Your organisation's administrator sets up the workspace, adds people and holds the subscription; users are assigned inside the app.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Each organisation's data is kept separate, on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the EU (europe-west1), with App Check and daily backups per company. Export your data inside the app at any time. Account deletion is in the app too: the workspace owner deletes directly, other users send a request that an administrator approves. An active subscription never blocks deletion, but deleting does not cancel it. Consent records are kept as legal proof. GDPR, KVKK and PDPA aligned.

Execution is an auto-renewing monthly subscription held by your organisation, billed through Google Play to the administrator who buys it and priced by the number of users: Starter (10 users), Growth (25), Scale (50) and Professional (100). Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. The 30-day trial is provided by the app without a purchase, once per sign-in email address; deleting the account and signing up again does not start a new one.
