I can use the app to see and time my exercises. The videos are helpful. I really like that I can send a message to my therapist immediately when I have pain and can explain how much it hurts and exactly where the pain is. When I had to wait until my next appointment, I would often forget exactly where or how severe it was.

So my Therapist sent me the length to get the app, and I'm trying to create an account, but it keeps telling me Invalid email! I have checked to make sure it is correct 6 times now. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times. I'm putting my email in, and I know it is my email and spelled correctly. What is wrong with this thing????????

The app doest show videos. You have to go forward and back between different items and then the videos might load if you are lucky. Also, it would be very useful to have a timer with the struction. I have to read the instructions then set up a timer and do the exercises. Why not have a timer ready to go in this app? Generally the app needs a do-over.

This app is terrible for keeping track of your exercises. What it needs is a calendar or real time tracking system where you can mark an individual exercise as done (when you do it). I am a busy mom of 3 littles, have terrible pelvic/core strength, and therefore a massive routine. I have no long period of time to block out for this. I can't remember which ones I've done today already, much less yesterday. Some are to be done 3x a day, some every 2 days.etc. there needs to be a system for this
