Comments on Exercise Now for Android

★★★★☆ Emilie Zaloum · Feb 4, 2023

Using this for physio I like the videos a lot. I wish I could set up a daily program, so I could easily see which exercises to do instead of having to refer to each exercise for the frequency and number of reps. Also wish I could track the days on which I completed a work-out.

★★★★★ Larisha Rampersadh · Sep 19, 2024

Easy to remember and really assists with alleviating pain.

★★★★★ Robert “Bob” Bush · Aug 24, 2026

An extremely, extremely helpful with your physical therapy. Gives you. The videos show you exactly how things are supposed to be done and how to do them, and it has the reminders, so you don't forget to do your stretches and your exercises.

So my Therapist sent me the length to get the app, and I'm trying to create an account, but it keeps telling me Invalid email! I have checked to make sure it is correct 6 times now. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times. I'm putting my email in, and I know it is my email and spelled correctly. What is wrong with this thing????????

★★☆☆☆ Janette Joy Troyer · Mar 21, 2022

This app is terrible for keeping track of your exercises. What it needs is a calendar or real time tracking system where you can mark an individual exercise as done (when you do it). I am a busy mom of 3 littles, have terrible pelvic/core strength, and therefore a massive routine. I have no long period of time to block out for this. I can't remember which ones I've done today already, much less yesterday. Some are to be done 3x a day, some every 2 days.etc. there needs to be a system for this

★★☆☆☆ Ali B · Jul 3, 2021

The app doest show videos. You have to go forward and back between different items and then the videos might load if you are lucky. Also, it would be very useful to have a timer with the struction. I have to read the instructions then set up a timer and do the exercises. Why not have a timer ready to go in this app? Generally the app needs a do-over.
