This mobile application is linked to the Insperity® ExpensAble® web application. If you are an ExpensAble Office customer, please install the app titled ExpensAble Office. Use of this mobile app requires credentials for ExpensAble: Company ID, username and password.
This app is designed for the busy traveler! This app is convenient and easy to use. I enjoy being able to track my expenses and receipts through out the day. It truly helps with reimbursements and filling out my expense report. I no longer spend an entire Sunday attaching receipts and writing down my expense. I open the app, snap a picture, write some details and I'm done.

Only useful as an image import tool. Cannot use the web and app at the same time. City/vendor/currency searches are empty and most won't take additions. App lost 10+ receipts that were captured while outside of network range, even when I clicked yes to send later.

Horrendous app. Awful GUI. Very clunky to use but obviously have no choice since this is the system my employer chose. On mobile device can only upload a receipt as a jpeg. Pdf receipts won't work. Joke.

App has some issues. Locks up when "downloading configuration". Forced to close and restart the app. Also it seems like the developers have never filed an expense report before. It would be much easier to start with a receipt and then apply it to a report not root around for receipts that belong to a particular report. The recent website update did no favors for this product.
