Been able to manage and overview my credit on here. With this tool I have been able to pay off debts, apply for credit cards and car insurance and have brought my overall credit up dramatically. I can't log in, and the app is full of bugs. The problem was I thought I had an account, but I didn't and instead of the app telling me I need to create a new account, it just led me to believe that I couldn't log into my account. This is very confusing and there's a complete absence of any kind of help when you call Experian. The automated phone system just hangs up on you. It's so rude. And what does it mean to reach out to us on social media??? How is that support? The app is just Upsell.

This app is useless it won't let me log in or change password then ask me to confirm my social security number which I stupidly did say they would send me a link to reset password, but it never did not do I screw up. Never trust Experian again!!!
