★★★★★ Experian agents need to be more attentive to our needs they don't know why your score is not going up when you're doing everything you're supposed to they just tell you the same thing over and over no help maybe you can have a support helpline to help you with your scoring and how you can better your score not the same thing over and over anyhow I love to look at my scores and I like I think they're awesome.

★★☆☆☆ Update the problem I have with this app or with Experian it does not keep up with current changes it is literally 6 months to a year behind Equifax and TransUnion when it comes to removing old or outdated information quick to the draw with negative information slow to show improvements such as new cards and removal of outdated debt resulting in continuation of low FICA score, Equifax and transunion seem to share Experian wants you to pay to add transunion and Equifax at a monthly charge but why

★★☆☆☆ The app looks good, and it's clean, and it's very user-friendly but the last update to wear now I cannot manage my account from the app and I actually have to log on to a web browser to do so is not very customer-friendly in mind. Also, the fact that the three credit report the highest package only gives you your credit report for the other two credit companies every 90 days is ridiculous because what am I paying for? The $32 a month is not worth paying for if I'm not getting all three credit reports
