It never actually updates when it says it needs an update, when you try to put something in your cart as Safe for Later, it never does, it just deletes it, and even after you have already logged into the app, you need to log in again to check out of the cart, and it gets stuck thinking! I always have to go online to complete my order instead of through the app. Please update properly, because it's just not usable! I gave a 2 star only because you can at least search.

The express app is very, very difficult to navigate, it used to work great, now its horrible glitches, pauses, gets stuck, deletes items in the cart, I've uninstalled, reinstalled still won't work right, can't even get into the cart to look what you have or purchase it, not to mention the difficulty to purchase how much it glitches and have to start over, and to make a payment is a miserable process as well. Very disheartening considering how much I love express clothing. 😔
