The app is not even opening This is very bad Someone has sent money, but it does not want to open, so we don't even know whether the money was sent because the app is not opening

This app was great, but my last experience was terrible, I deposit 505 cedis on the 10 March 2024 n till date that money hasn't hit my account, I went to my bank to get statement n I realized no deposit was made, so I asked where's my money? And the most annoying part is no one is responding to my call. Or it is a scam app.
