Easy to use? But the gas pump charge is higher than pump rate for using your credit card. Not happy with that fact seeing that ExxonMobil wants. You to use the app.

When the gas station clerk isn't putting their own reward number in first to get points for my purchase, I've managed to accumulate a whopping $2.49 over the last few months as a delivery driver. I've only had the "pay at the pump" part work one time. The one time I tried to use my points, it asked for some kinda of PIN code. I never made a PIN. Exxon Rewards also needs to implement a rewards' card in the app that can be added to Google Wallet like BP Earning, Walgreens, etc.

Worst experience I've had in a few years. Registered with app, but there is no place to tie my rewards' card number into the app. Logged out, now can't log back in. Tried on computer, keeps saying sending verification code to phone or email but nothing ever comes. Tried calling customer service number on back or rewards card, but you can't actually talk to a person, only on-line chat. I will continue to get all my fuel at other brands. This isn't worth the hassle.
