Not a bad app. I used to struggle to sign in when I first signed up. My only wish is that the app had a place to make payments for the Exxon credit card. It is more convenient than having to go on the website to pay.

Incredible, however we need to step our Coffee game up. That one spot that begins with a Q is killing us. If we were to get the Coffee together and expand our Kitchen at the On the Run Locations we're unstoppable. We're killing everyone with the Car Washes attacted to our facilities. Our Bathrooms are Cleaner Our Gas is of a better quality. Our Layout is more customer friendly. Our Staff are top tier. And our Rewards Program is 2nd to None. Hurd!

This is a great app, as it was quick and easy to set up. I did it right as I sat next to the pump I was going to use and had the pump activated for using within a minute or two. Once I finished pumping the gas the app charged my credit card of choice automatically, and I was on my way in a jiffy. I even got a great discount, dropping the fuel price down from what is usually a much higher price to within range of the other discount fueling stations and convenience stores. Good job people and t

Suddenly this app is no longer working at some locations, and when you choose to pay in store the transaction does not go to your account. Are these locations ExxonMobil in name only?

I have asked to change my email address on this account, and I tried to do it through customer care, and it will not update. The security for this app is horrible. Also, I started getting my receipts because I noticed that the pump will ask you if you want to use your rewards to save more at the pump and never applies the discount at the pump but subtracts your points from your account! I used 112 points and still paid 3.89 at the pump which was the stations price before I started! Rip OFF!

I spent an hour at the pump trying to figure out how to connect the rewards card to the app. Called customer service and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I will just go to Mavric.
