This is a great app, as it was quick and easy to set up. I did it right as I sat next to the pump I was going to use and had the pump activated for using within a minute or two. Once I finished pumping the gas the app charged my credit card of choice automatically, and I was on my way in a jiffy. I even got a great discount, dropping the fuel price down from what is usually a much higher price to within range of the other discount fueling stations and convenience stores. Good job people and t

Incredible, however we need to step our Coffee game up. That one spot that begins with a Q is killing us. If we were to get the Coffee together and expand our Kitchen at the On the Run Locations we're unstoppable. We're killing everyone with the Car Washes attacted to our facilities. Our Bathrooms are Cleaner Our Gas is of a better quality. Our Layout is more customer friendly. Our Staff are top tier. And our Rewards Program is 2nd to None. Hurd!

Not a bad app. I used to struggle to sign in when I first signed up. My only wish is that the app had a place to make payments for the Exxon credit card. It is more convenient than having to go on the website to pay.

Suddenly this app is no longer working at some locations, and when you choose to pay in store the transaction does not go to your account. Are these locations ExxonMobil in name only?

App used to work great how are my car went down for a few months when I got to back up went to sign in because I like the fact that I used to just be able to use the app to pay at the pump however when signing back in it would kick me out saying unable to verify right now error try again try using my phone number said the same thing kicked me out of the app I even try to sign up with a different email, and I couldn't even register this is very upsetting as I use Mobil gas all the time.

Worst experience I've had in a few years. Registered with app, but there is no place to tie my rewards' card number into the app. Logged out, now can't log back in. Tried on computer, keeps saying sending verification code to phone or email but nothing ever comes. Tried calling customer service number on back or rewards card, but you can't actually talk to a person, only on-line chat. I will continue to get all my fuel at other brands. This isn't worth the hassle.

I can't redeem my fuel points without a code to enter at the pump. The so call code needs to be sent to my phone, so I can redeem my fuel points.
