I have installed the R series cameras with the recorder. I am well pleased with the phone app to access the cameras and to the recordings. Easy access and clearly defined. Still getting use to the desktop version, but it is good as well. Great system for the total investment.

Eta: previous issue has been fixed. It worked ok until I had Android10 foisted on me. Now this app doesn't work.

I have a Samsung, I can not view in landscape mode. My business partners have iphones, they have no problem viewing in landscape. When I view the saved footage on my phobe, I can only view in a tiny box of 4 squares. Three squares are empty. App is just not user-friendly. Very little info is available for help.

Works half the times. You'll go to open up the app, and you'll see that your cameras show up as being offline. What good is it if you need to see who's at the door and your camerae aren't showing up?!?

Depending on how new your phone is the app may not work. My parents have the s10+ and this app refuses to load more than 1 camera. Older phones seem to have no issues, but new phones simply do not work. Will update the review if/when the app is fixed

New update broke the app. NVRs all say Connect Close and show offline. NVRs work fine via desktop app. Deleting from device list temporarily fixes, but after app is opened next time it will again show offline. Worked just fine with previous version of app before update.
