I downloaded this app to view an art exhibit. I can see the animations just fine, but there is a problem with recording. I press the record button but when I finish/stop recording it takes me to the video file and then get a popup error saying "cannot play this video" if I click the Instagram icon it opens Instagram, same error pops up, closes Instagram takes me back to the app and same error again. The file appears blank and all I see of the video is a black screen. Can you look into this please? Would love to share a recording but it's not working.

Garbage. You can only use the art you buy from their artists up get it to work. Not your own like the AD indicated. I'm not wasting my time and will be deleting. The art is magnificent.

I don't understand how I am supposed to use the app. Can I make my own AI art in this app? No. Can I upload it? I don't think so. Can I see other people's work? Probably, I don't know how tho? There is a camera function, but I suppose you have to be at an AI artwork irl for it to do anything for you, it's not like you can edit your video in this app. I might be using the app wrong. I don't understand.
