Hello! I LOVE this app thanks you so much for it! Just a couple of things-on my android, I cant seem to save to my phone, although others can, and have to be online to save a video, usually choosing drive and then downloading to my phone. Would be great to be able to save straight to my phone without internet if possible please? Also, use of selfie camera would be amazing! Overall having a LOT of fun!

I downloaded this app to view an art exhibit. I can see the animations just fine, but there is a problem with recording. I press the record button but when I finish/stop recording it takes me to the video file and then get a popup error saying "cannot play this video" if I click the Instagram icon it opens Instagram, same error pops up, closes Instagram takes me back to the app and same error again. The file appears blank and all I see of the video is a black screen. Can you look into this please? Would love to share a recording but it's not working.

Bought the book, downloaded the app, and none of the art animates/displays. I saw this in a gallery a few years ago and it looked really cool. I was excited to have my own copy. Pretty bummed that it doesn't work at all at the moment, even in really evenly lighted areas

Totally worthless. A friend sent me a QR code for an AR image she'd created in Eye Jack. Downloaded the app to view the AR and, 1) The app icons are meaningless, no idea what to tap; 2) After five minutes, finally had to reopen the QR code; 3) AR image still didn't appear on the app automatically, had to find the right screen to download it; 4) After downloading the image into the app it still won't open; 5) Tapped 'edit' and the app deleted the image without warning. Total waste of time!

I don't understand how I am supposed to use the app. Can I make my own AI art in this app? No. Can I upload it? I don't think so. Can I see other people's work? Probably, I don't know how tho? There is a camera function, but I suppose you have to be at an AI artwork irl for it to do anything for you, it's not like you can edit your video in this app. I might be using the app wrong. I don't understand.
