Definitely one of the better vision improvement apps. The free version offers a lot of exercises. The app has detailed instructions under the ? Menu, with links to videos on how to do the exercises. In my experience vision improvement exercises really work if you practice on a regular basis. I've been staring at a screen too much and noticed my distance vision getting worse. After only a few days im getting flashes of clarity in the distance, and my eyes are not sore and tired.

I have experienced improved vision for my myopia. So I'd exited to go to the premium, and I will continue to use this to improve my vision impairment which has been regrettably caused by screens. I only wished more information for example how many times I should use the myopia workout, mix it with different ones such as sharper or accommodation etc.

Using on S20 Ultra. Works very well. However, there used to be a setting to slow down the moving dot. I can no longer find it, and that dot can get insanely fast. All exercises are pretty simple and easy to do except for the ones where you need to copy the pattern in the air, not on the screen. I find this incredibly difficult to use my peripheral vision to watch the screen and make the same movements in the air. So far, I have been unsuccessful with those exercises even after a year.

It was great, and then on the last release they made it, so you have to have a monthly subscription for many of the work-outs. I would be fine having a one time purchase for an app like this but not monthly subscription.
