★★★★★ Was move from ZED to stone ridge so far it's ok, has some perks that ZED didn't,

★★★★★ So far this system looks good. I just switched over from ZED since they closed down and the support has been fine.

★★★★★ A countdown clock would be nice for the sleeper berth and the 30-min break. And also screen rotation would nice.

★★☆☆☆ You have regressed over the last 18 months. Now I have to attempt to log in at least 3 times every time because "app has quit working" and you need to change it back, so the time doesn't automatically go back to last quarter-hour when you put in notes/annotations. That time shouldn't change unless I change it. You were a great app and quite frankly now it is just a pain in the ass.

★★☆☆☆ Not actively fixing problems. I have multiple tickets. All unresolved. If you lose contact with the truck there is a good chance the eld will kick you into driving. I've manually put myself into off duty and tried to log out. A mechanic took the truck into the shop and the truck put me into driving while I was in a hotel room for 4 days. Constant connection issues and logs out. No ability to edit. Loses connection with cell while driving. You have to stop to log back in or the alarm won't stop.
