The Traxxas® EZ-Peak Live™ App connects wirelessly via Bluetooth® to the Traxxas EZ-Peak Live multi-chemistry charger (#2971). The app transforms your iOS device into a powerful tool to access the charger’s advanced features with an easy-to-use graphical interface. Connect up to four chargers to your iOS device to monitor charge status, receive remote alerts, and access the charger’s manual settings. The Traxxas iD system is the easiest and most efficient way to charge your iD-equipped batteries. When you connect an iD-equipped battery to your EZ-Peak Live charger, the battery’s information will automatically be displayed on the app screen. The app allows you to instantly verify your battery’s status and individual LiPo cell voltages with clear and precise readouts. Use the charger’s automatic settings or configure your own with the easy-to-use sliders and buttons on the high-definition graphical interface. Once charging has begun, the app allows you to monitor the status of up to four connected chargers remotely. Receive real-time updates with charge times, charge progress, mAh input, and estimated time remaining. The app will alert you once the charging cycle is complete or you may also stop the charging cycle at any time. Remote monitoring via the EZ-Peak Live App works within the range of your Bluetooth connection, but remember to always be present to supervise the batteries being charged.
Charging non iD-equipped batteries on your EZ-Peak Live charger requires access to the manual settings. The EZ-Peak Live App is the only way to access these settings. The handy Charge Settings Wizard makes non-iD battery setup a breeze. Helpful menus with high definition images help identify battery types and provide clear and precise instructions. Bold buttons and sliders allow you to choose your settings from the display.
Safety is a prominent feature of the EZ-Peak Live app. The EZ-Peak live charger can be placed in iD Only mode to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the manual settings. It’s a great solution for a charger that will be used in households where there are multiple battery types and different levels of knowledge about batteries and charging. An easy-to-use passcode system restricts unauthorized access to the manual settings while keeping all other functions enabled.

Works great for me! I was hesitant at first because of the reviews but on my Galaxy Note 9 and S22 Ultra it works great. Easy to connect with my EZ Peak Live charger and setup is automatic. You can see individual cell voltage and watch the charging/discharging/storage rate and estimated time. If you time your screen out you have to restart the app but that only takes 1 minute, so it doesn't bother me. App works well and is very helpful for maintaining a healthy lipo.

Edit - make sure in addition to below, go to location settings, advanced, and go to "Google location accuracy" and enable it. Once I did that it linked perfect. After the first link you do not need to keep the setting enabled. Once I try to app, I will re-rate it. Will not link to my Android device. Turned on location and Bluetooth. Allow app permissions for location and camera. Never get past the "you must turn on location services". Using Motorola Z3, Android 9.0.

Don't have a problem with charging batteries have problems which storage charge does not put 3.8 volts into each cell it puts 3.9 and all the time batteries will pop up had to buy a different charger for storage charging overpriced

I recommend this app for anyone who is going to stick to traumas batteries it is amazing what you can do with this app it makes it, so you can see every cell percentage, estimated charge time remaining, charge percentage. Its awesome and as for the loud beeping after charging is complete it depends on what volume your phone is at is how loud the beeping will be, although it is still loud on purpose, so you know charging is complete. Lipos are no joke people.

Suddenly my phone app don't work, so I have no information on the batteries anymore, I don't know why they couldn't just put a screen on the charger. This is ridiculous.

This app is an absolute joke! Buggy as hell! Won't connect 90% of the time and when it does connect I don't dare leave the app because it'll never connect again. Clearing cache and wiping data to start over does not fix the problem. I'm tech-savvy and all firmware and software is up-to-date. Update 8-3-22 App is still up-to-date and still is not working properly. Changing battery type settings is hit-and-miss mostly miss, Bluetooth is still an issue.

The latest update disregarded automatic settings for all my LiPo and NIMH batteries - all are set to 20A. No solution from Traumas. This can destroy your batteries!
