EZ (pronounced Easy) Shuttle’s primary aim at inception was to make the booking and use of transfers as easy as possible. As a result, we’ve spent, and continue to spend, an enormous amount of our budget on development of improved booking methods and reservation management systems. While these are extremely complex within our business environment (with so many moving parts having to be integrated), their ultimate goal is to make the booking process simple and overall experience as stress free for you as possible. Our online booking system now allow bookings to be completed and confirmed in under 60 seconds. That is as good as you will find anywhere else in the world and we believe we set the benchmark in South Africa. As a result of this strategy EZ Shuttle now processes 60% of its bookings via the web or automatically through various third party booking providers making this an online service you can trust. These integrations include global systems such as Amadeus, Concur, Groundspan and Talixo, but also all local corporate travel management tools including Travel IT, Travellinck and Bidtravel Online. Once again, we are the only transfer company in South Africa making all of these channels available to our clients in real time. We continue to develop our systems to be in line and in some cases lead the industry globally.

EZ shuttle is the best! My friends and I visited Sun city sometime in April 2024, and we were amazed by ez shuttle services. The drivers are friendly, punctual, professional, experienced and careful drivers. We felt very safe the whole time and our travel was made very, very easy. A big shout-out to the drivers named Sydney and Chico. Those drivers were amazing!!! They deserve a special recognition.!!! I totally recommend ez shuttle 100%. I have been using EZ SHUTTLE for the last 2 years. I'm never disappointed. The drivers are always on time and the support office always keep you up to date with your booked ride. I love their service and would recommend them to all. You will not be dissatisfied. Keep up the good work. My trips for 2024 went smoothly again during peak season, so they are such a pleasure!!!

I have never been able to access the app successfully, and I have several bookings coming up. This is incredibly stressful as I am a travel agent with group bookings.

This app is junk. You add a reservation number, and it says nothing found. My reservation number was 1265740 and their service Desk confirms the reservation is valid but don't know why the app doesn't pick it up.

I was bombarded by a bot which would not answer my questions or give me the opportunity to talk to a human being. I found this bot attack extremely hostile.
