It's a really bad app. It's very slow. The creators of this app for Uniview think that everyone is connected to fiber optics or 5G internet. When both the device and the mobile are connected to the same modem, it works well, but when you connect the phone to the data, if your internet is weak, the program will hang up!! You can't even enter the menus of the program. I have been working as a seller of Dahua for several years and Dahua is great. But The Uniview app disappointed me. Please fix it.

Clunky app, not user-friendly and often drops the cameras. Video push Notifications are instant but doesn't update in the app for half an hour, so you can't view the camera immediately.

The app has not worked since the last update in July. Gets to 95% and stops, can't see anything through cameras now. Before July update everything worked fine. Tried everything to fix including uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.

When use 2way conversation in this app earphone/earbud not connected, it works speaker only, Why? Before old version it's work. But now not. 🙃
