★★★★★ The app seems to be fine, easy to use and intuitive. The only problem is that my EZVIZ RE4 + robot is not triggered by the cleaning schedule. I don't know if it's a software issue or an issue with the product itself. When the scheduled cleaning time is reached, it just skips it, and it says "next cleaning session is scheduled for tomorrow". It's the same behavior for either "Once" or "Recurrent" options, even if I'm connected to the exact same Ghz internet. Please advise!TY!

★★★★★ It is good that ezviz has many type of camera. Connection to Wi-Fi and smartphone application is easy too. But my problem is, when connected to TV, I can only watch 4 screens together, though I have 8 cameras and I need to watch them at the same time. I think EZVIZ need to upgrade the software for TV, so we can watch from more cameras. From laptop or PC, I have an issue too, which connection is not as good as from application from smartphone.

★★☆☆☆ 200mb (plus 750mb) just for turn lamp on/of and snap picture from cctv??? My Web Browser can do more with less size 😍😍😍

★★☆☆☆ Stopped working. Can't get it to connect to my network. Wire or Wi-Fi. Was using this for a few years. Now just red light tried resetting it. No help

★★☆☆☆ Auto tracking isn't working at all. Tried troubleshooting the issue but no luck. Writing this to get solution for the auto tracking issue. It will rotate if we manually do it using PTZ option but not track when there is human movements
