Very easy to use. Sometimes, when trying to do a transfer, it will decide not to allow it, don't know why, but it's not all the time. The amount shown is the amount available. No surprises because of pending charges. When a transaction is pending, it adds or subtracts and shows what's available. Love it.

App is good. Hopefully an updated app is on the horizon which will include biometric login since it was on the old app and most smartphones now have a biometric option. I miss that feature to log in with. Don't forget to uninstall the old app since this new app doesn't remove or update it as this app is a new replacement app.

I love the on-line banking with F&M bank. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. F&M bank has been great. We recently moved all our banking accounts to F&M bank. It was a very smooth transition. Thank you.

I love the ease of the app, but I'm so over it signing you out and have reset your sign in, such as setting up your number to receive texts. I would rather not have the app and just call for a balance than to resign in again when there as an option of a pin sign it

The app is not customer friendly. It seems to assume the user will automatically know exactly how to navigate through it. I had to visit my local branch THREE TIMES to resolve very straightforward questions. The FAQ section is very limited in what it covers. However, I do like the additional layers of security.
