F04 WatchFace for Android Wear

★★★★★ This face was installed on a Moto 360 2015, with the latest Android Wear 2.0 installed. This is a well-rounded, informative, good-looking Watch Face for Android Wear. After seeing this watch face on the play store I've almost bought it occasionally but was reluctant to switch to another face after using the same face for over a year that I had designed and written myself that did exactly what I needed it to but admittedly didn't look the best it could have. So after seeing this face was reduced to 79p I thought I'd try it out, give my Moto 360 a new look and maybe a new lease of life as I was getting bored with it looking a bit crappy. Installing the F04 face was easy enough, I installed it on my phone and then the watch had a notification to install it directly on the watch itself via the wear 2.0 play store. You will need the app installed on your phone however to configure it, so you might as well install from phone to begin with. It wasn't difficult to figure out how to get the weather and other data to populate, you just use the app on your phone and either manually set your location or get the phone to automatically detect a location, I set a manual location initially to test it out, but after the watch had synced the weather data I almost got a refund there and then. The data on the face was all over the place, not aligned where it should be and just looked like complete trash. I quickly searched the comments here looking for a solution, I only found 1 other person who had the same problem, but he said after 24 hours the problem went away.Nah I wasn't waiting 24 hours and then losing the chance to get a refund, so luckily I thought about switching the watch face to another face then back again to see if the watch would reload the face and hopefully correctly resize the text and scale everything to how it should be. AND IT WORKED! I am very pleased with the face, it looks great and has great features. It seems stable, battery life could be better, but it gets me through a day and that's all I'm concerned with. The developer has done a great job, I'll be checking to see out his other apps and faces.

★★☆☆☆ Weather data not good in Auckland Great watch face, but what is your weather data source? The data for Auckland, New Zealand is not very accurate. Could we have choice of weather data provider? Also, the barometer seems to be using weather data and not the LG G Watch R's inbuilt barometer.

★★☆☆☆ Took forever to get it onto the watch, as it doesn't appear in AW play store? Now that is finally working I have the bizarre 500 degree temps that others are complaining about. Otherwise, it's a cool design and the customizations are nice. Fix the temps and I will increase to 5 star.

★★☆☆☆ Inaccurate Weather displayed does not match actual weather on my phone or anywhere near what the weather actually is in my area! Everything else is awesome.
