It was a 5 start app. Now, it makes me re-enroll frequently and no longer lets me use my fingerprint to log in. I've reached out twice to the bank's customer service. One person had no idea what to do and suggested redownloading the app. The second sent an email response saying that they would follow up soon, and that was 2 months ago. Love the bank, but I am starting to seriously disklike the app.

I've had this App from the start. It's horrible, and I have to continually use my password and resubmit my phone for use because it will not save. I also have to re-download every few weeks. We are seriously thin kinking of moving to a new bank.

I absolutely loved this app until the last update now it won't work on my phone, says it's not compatible. My other banking apps still work just fine even after updates. I have Android 11 still, but it's 5g and works just fine for everything I need accept this app I'm not buying a new phone just so this app will work again. I may just switch everything to my other bank and shut my account down.

Login issues: I have had to uninstall this several times because the fingerprint and passcode will not consistently work. Once I get on, it does well. Bur the convenience the app is supposed to offer never works for more than week.
