Very bad delivery experience, if you want to exchange or return they will not pick up the product and make you waiting for months and eventually the query will not be resolved never order from their site

very, very disappointed with fab india... I ordered a mens Kurt they give blue dart courier for delivery and blue dart courier not taking a single attempt of delivery. When I asked for cancelled and refund they said after product returned to wearhouse then we initiate refund. This system take 1 month. I got my refund 1 month after the order, which is very disgusting disappointing. I will never bring a single piece cloth from fab india...

It is extremely costly, actually such clothes are not more than 500 - 600 rs. but they sell 20 times the actual price, and it is not even worth it. Fabindia is looting india.

Worst E-commerce platform. While the product quality is good, equally bad is the online shopping experience: 1. No exchange option available on the app, you have to return the product. 2. Delivery service is worst to the degree of going depressed. 3. Can't check if refund has been initiated of not. 4. Worst is customer care. It's a harassment center. You call them to go mad at your own expense. 5. They have their own whims & fancy. Don't work after 7 PM and on Sunday they don't work at all.
