Very bad delivery experience, if you want to exchange or return they will not pick up the product and make you waiting for months and eventually the query will not be resolved never order from their site

Had ordered a Kurta from them, got a faded and soiled item, which I returned, and they refunded the amount without giving back the corrier charges (100/-), amount may be small but for their mistakes customer has to suffer👎👎👎will never buy from them

Worst E-commerce platform. While the product quality is good, equally bad is the online shopping experience: 1. No exchange option available on the app, you have to return the product. 2. Delivery service is worst to the degree of going depressed. 3. Can't check if refund has been initiated of not. 4. Worst is customer care. It's a harassment center. You call them to go mad at your own expense. 5. They have their own whims & fancy. Don't work after 7 PM and on Sunday they don't work at all.
