Poor browse and search features. It is very difficult to find a specific article because you cannot filter for the date or publisher. You cannot browse either because each publication is split into sections that don't align with the actual newspaper. The app also crashes frequently.

On Android with Version 3.2.1 I receive since days and with every single article I try to access the message "Error - Your request failed - please try again." => Factiva, zero points!

App fails on Android. Twice a week I have to uninstall/reinstall. Could be more flexible in terms of reorganization of the app. Can't easily save a search on the app. The info service itself is excellent, but it's just so incredibly frustrating because it takes so much effort to get it to work. One minor addition I'd like to see is automatic or at least easy manual translation. But mostly I just wish you'd get the app to stop crashing in a way that requires a complete uninstall/install to fix.
