I downloaded the app, made an account, so I could see their meals, so I could decide if I wanted to use their services. I found that I did not want to use it, so I disabled the service somehow the service was reactivated this caused factor to charge me 70 dollars. I contacted a support agent within 2 hours of the charge, and they told me that they cannot cancel the order because the process is already under way. It would be reasonable if they gave you any warning that you were about to be charged.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! GO WITH COOK UNITY OR ANOTHER MEAL PROVIDER Most of their meals contain TRANS FAT. I was using cook unity for months and decided to try Factor. The first box I received had a few meals containing trans fat? The second box I ordered, I ordered healthier meals, and the box contained more meals with trans fat than the first box. How is that even possible? I don't see where they mention it on the site/app, which makes me feel like they are sneaky/untrustworthy
