I love tracking the animals. I have 2 and am I waiting for more. My wish would be for more information. Why not post "penguin appreciation day" on the feed for my penguin? My turtle stays in one area. What is there that the turtle likes so much? What is causing the 'white triangle' in the water? Clouds? Waves? I can't tell. Do you have a place to ask these questions? Or resources to answer questions about the animals.

Awesome! Love the stories behind all of my animals. But can you Kahlo please bring down the shipping price? All together (shipping and the bracelet) was cheaper than on Amazon with no shipping. (I bought my wolf off of the app)

So I can't tap on my animal anymore now that her tracker stopped sending signals? That's dumb. I'd still like to look back at her history and info, especially for the sake of my child who loved following her. When I tap on her, it only gives me the option to go the online store to buy a new one, go figure 🙄

They are supposed to be a huge part in the organizations that are to help educate people...involve people to help bring awareness. But animals stop being heard from. Excuses are made for transmission stopping. But you become attached to an animal.take interest...and the answer from these people are less than concerned...basically uncaring like oh sorry you feel that way. The organizations apparently are the same. They don't bother to even be concerned what happened to the animals.!!!

Trackers can fall off within days leaving you unable to follow your animal. Maybe not worth following. If you want ty donate to an animal organization, great. Want bracelet, if you wear jewelry, great. Interested in tracking, science or relationship with your animal pal? Forget that.

I got the tracking bracket as a gift and I love it. This app though keeps sending more promotional notifications and asking me to buy more stuff. I looked in the app to see if I could turn off promotional notifications and I couldn't. They're annoying, and I get one a day on average. Update: I contacted support, and they said I would have to turn off all notifications, including tracking notifications. This is a core feature of the app for me and is unacceptable.
