★★☆☆☆ The developers are NO help. Weather you pay or not. They don't care. This game is too expensive, and the developers are reliable at all. There is no money-back guarantee. I'll post the picture I get when I log into my VIP 6 Undead warrior lvl59. They read my messages and no response.

★★☆☆☆ I have been following with Reebok customer service on SW holding issue, unfortunately they are not doing anything to fix the issue and catch the culprits. In my opinion Reebok developers have built this game, it's there responsibility to find who is doing this. If game is being hacked, only developers can discover it. Players can only raise a flag, something fishy is going on. Reebok support has degraded in past few months. I am not happy with game anymore.
