Good app overall. I found that it compliments the fallout 4 collectibles map (fallout4map.de) well, and it would be nice for a map to be an integrated feature in the app. One thing I found wrong is two of the US Covert magazines have swapped locations (Bushes, Boxes, and Beehives & Getting the Drop on Communists).

Works great for logging the collectibles you've found. The only thing keeping me from giving these 5 stars is that it would benefit from having either a map or list of locations with collectibles, so you can see if any are nearby.

The app won't allow me to pay for it with my Opinion Rewards money, it takes me to an entirely different site to pay for the app. Why is this app even on the play store if I can't pay for it on the app store what's the point, doesn't feel safe to be redirected to a site other than the play store to make a payment.
