Easy to use app with all the up-to-date information you need on lifts, runs and weather report. Village map could be a bit more useful to help you get around but Google Maps also helped out. Tried the ski tracking and found it good but when plotting on the trail map slightly out but overall fun to see. Still checking the app for updates even when not there so worth having.

Generally works fine. Most of the things are there, lift pass lessons, up to day open trails on map, weather and snow reports, etc. If need to pick, sometimes app has glitches, e.g. I couldn't log in in the app while I could on the web. The snow report stopped updating since almost 3 weeks ago. I can't find speed in numbers in GPD Tacking feature. Not sure just me or it really doesn't have it. Overall happy with it after using it for many years.

There was 30 cm of fresh snow, 18 knot (39 km/h) wind, and they put all the lifts on hold. I suggest going to a real ski resort where the lifts you paid for are open....

The app is very clumsy. The maps are difficult to scale and almost impossible to use to find locations. I.e. restaurants accommodation. Labels are too big, and the map doesn't scale easily in or out. You are better off using Google Maps to navigate around the village. There are a lot of organizations linked using this app, and it doesn't appear that all keep their information up to date. The tracking picked up 4 of my runs over 4 days. Missed a whole day. Too much information in one app

The content of the snow report is very poor ... what about conditions today tomorrow rest of week. Best run for the day should be? Road conditions! This is the type of information we have come to expect... try to lift the writing skill or give another person a crate... after all this is important information and marketing of falls creek.

Worst app I've ever used. Landing page too busy. Information out of date. Very hard to find the place to login (have to step most of the way through ticket purchase to find login). WARNING EVERYONE WHEN YOU'RE TOPPING UP YOUR MOUNTAIN ACCESS CARD YOU HAVE TO PICK THE SPECIFIC MOUNTAIN YOU WILL SKI ON!!!! This should be prominently displayed as it's a significant change from past years. No customer support. If I could give it zero stars I would 🤬🤬🤬
