I purchased a subscription through Google Play, but it was canceled after 3 days since the app did not acknowledge my subscription. This happened two times. I do not recommend buying a subscription through the app until this issue is fixed. Customer support did eventually get back to me, and they helped me establish a subscription via their website. The service is very good. Great selection of games. So, other than the in-app purchase process, the experience has been a positive one.

Terrible! Used to purchase 30 dollar pay per view South America comnibol soccer games. 1 minute into the game begins to lag and buffer every 3 seconds. I turned the video quality down to 380p and the same thing. Complete ripoff of money. At 30 bucks per game, you would think they could figure out how to stream the game! It is 2025 now. Same review 2 years later. Still paying ppv prices and still the same buffering bull the whole game. Only place to get the team I want to watch.

Absolutely garbage service. Firstly, Fanatic is impossible to use with a VPN. Streams are blocked, so do not sign up if you value your digital privacy because this company certainly does not! Secondly, the service provided is poor. Entire Brazilian league wasn't available for months last season, with no warning, then was provided with zero commentary. Often streams do not work. And, if you're outside North America, you pay the same price for less content. Awful. Waste of money. Do better. Avoid.

Terrible app. I spent 50 dollars for the games 11 and 12 for Colombia vs Uruguay. I cannot watch them and keeps asking me to pay again. The money already came out of my account. I feel robbed
