The old app is much better. Fortunately it still works so I won't uninstall it for this new one which I had to install on my work mobile phone. Bring the old app back. It's the only reason I won't upgrade my personal mobile phone. I don't want to lose old (much better) Fancy Hands app.

FANCY HANDS STOLE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME. Fancy Hands over-billed me, even though I had cancelled my account so shouldn't have been billed *at all*. There was no way for me to stop the payments in the user settings, and customer support refused to cancel the payments or refund the charges even as I emailed multiple times. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card, report them to the Better Business Bureau, and leave these kinds of comments on social media to warn other customers. Absolutely would not recommend. Their customer service is atrocious and I would not trust them with your personal information, much less tasks you are relying on to be completed.

Two days and no response from the "assistant". No reply at all. Yet they refused to give me a refund. No wonder they make you pay an advance. This is a scam. Do not give these people your money.
