It was very easy to sign into it and get the tickets I tried to use my gift certificate and lo and behold they had expired I donated blood, and I was given tickets, and I waited this long, and I didn't realize they were expired 😭

The convenience fee is an exorbitant insult. The tickets are already overpriced. This platform is supposed to make it easier for your customers to go to the movies, not make it easier for you to fleece your (now former) customers

Seems like they are Scamming on Digital Code Purchases that come with Physical Movies. When you buy a Physical Movie it comes with the Ultra 4k Digital code. You will start watching the movie and about 10 min in it starts to buffer. Then and icon prompts up saying to switch to HDX or SD. We Pay for the Ultra 4k and should not have to switch. This happens alot and should be fixed as it seems like it's a way to cost you less when I paid more.

I have a reward that is going to expire because the app won't let me use it. And there is no way to contact fandango. It's a scam by fandango to not let you use your rewards. First they only give you a few weeks then they just don't let you use when you try
