★★★★★ It's great using FANDANGO to purchase movie tickets. Very easy to navigate the app.

★★★★★ It does what it's supposed to do. You get to see listings of all the movies out and where you can see them. They often have trailers, so you can preview the movies. Once you pick a movie, day, time, and theater, you can purchase the tickets on the app and choose your seats. It's all easy and convenient. I think you get to accumulate points for discounts on future purchases as well. I've never had any issues.

★★☆☆☆ I have used Fandango multiple times but after my last experience with them, I won't be using them anymore. I had three tickets to watch a movie at The Phoenix theater at the mall of Monroe. There was a widespread power outage in Michigan that effected the theater as well. I called customer service and explained the situation and Fandango won't reimburse my money because I'm trying to reimburse after the movie had started. Now I'm out 30 dollars thanks Fandango.

★★☆☆☆ You should be able to store fandango gift card balances to your account, so you don't have to save the card. Also a photo scan of the card to enter the extraordinarily long card number would be helpful.
