It was very easy to sign into it and get the tickets I tried to use my gift certificate and lo and behold they had expired I donated blood, and I was given tickets, and I waited this long, and I didn't realize they were expired 😭

The fan club doesn't work. I tried to buy movie tickets using the app, and it tried to charge me a convenience fee even though I'm a logged in fan club member. What a waste of my time and money. If I'm paying the fee I might as well use the theater website directly.

I have purchase a movie on my phone, can't use the app on my TV to buy any, then it won't play on my TV for several days. I've updated the app cleared my cache as suggested and even tried several tricks recommended by users. To glitch, if I didn't have so many movies I'd use a different app.

Fandango is great. However, the app no longer works. Even after the update it gets stuck pulling up the seats so I have started using Atom because it works. I cannot do Fan Club when it doesn't even work. I have a Samsung s25 ultra with 1 TB of storage. I have tried turning off and on the phone, I've tried clearing the cache, and I've also tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. It just doesn't work.
