You have to make sure the power is off not just the button if you have a switch from your light turn it off and back on then press your pairing. Worked fine.

Works great once you pair it on the app. Turn the power off to the fan for a few seconds. Turn it back on then on the app you'll see a Bluetooth icon click it and then your fan will beep and light will flash, and you're all set. Be sure to click the plus sign first and add a fan then you'll see the pairing icon.

I was missing a remote to control a DC ceiling fan/light, and came across this app after unsuccessfully trying several "universal" remotes. The instructions are kind of quirky, but I was able to pair after providing Bluetooth permission. Better English instructions would have enabled a 5-star review. The app has saved me from throwing out the fan for lack of means to control it.

This app is junk it took me forever to get my one ceiling fan light paired with it, finally did and my second one will not pair with it at all. We've done everything. This app also drains your battery significantly

Watched video, tried everything but fan absolutely refuses to connect to Bluetooth. Shame because I was really looking forward to the RGB function which is not on the remote control. Every function that is on the App should also be on the remote control to the fan. Engineers and designers need to go back to the drawing board on all this. App function does not work. Horrible user experience. Uninstalled
