For all you people complaining about having to pay to win this game you obviously did not go through everything and find out you can just spend a little bit of the gold you make in the game to upgrade your characters to move forward. Learn to explore and you would find that out. You aren't just capped right away. Yeah you might have to do a little bit of grinding to make some of the gold sometimes but you can definitely progressed in this game quickly without spending anything out of your pocket. I personally loved the game but I also ran into the problem that a lot of people seem to have with it being way too challenging but I figured out that that is definitely not the case and that I should have just looked a little harder.

I played the first game all the way to the end and gotten everything without buying a single thing. The first game was balanced. In this game I challenge you to go past the tutorial without being forced to buy something. Every single extra character is behind a paywall. Most of the classes are also behind a paywall so you don't get those either unless you pay for them. The awesome art of the first game was lost and now it just came looks like every other Fantasy game. Whenever someone rates this game five stars the review they leave doesn't make any sense or they don't don't leave when it all it leads me to believe that the developers themselves leave fake reviews. If you're looking for a good tower defense game play the first one the art and the animation of this game is beautiful but everything you need is locked behind a paywall. You'll just end up frustrating yourself if you play more than a couple hours.

Big disappointment I loved the first game, balanced, fun. This one you can tell they no longer care about making it a balanced and fun game they are more concerned in making money. They make it nearly impossible to get very far in game without making cash purchases, and the few items you can use hero points on are priced ridiculously. The artwork is the ONLY improvement the rest is a big step backwards
