I'll start with this, I did pay the 2 euro or whatever it was price for unlimited kilometers, but it was very worth it, and it's permanent and not a monthly payment like in many other apps like these. I started not caring too much but checking the app now and then, but as I progressed, I found myself walking everyday just so that I could catch up to some contestant or not fall behind. It has motivated me a lot to be honest. The app is fun, and I'd recommend it over many more!

Payment of $7 required to make more than one mile of progress a day. Other than that it's a great and fun app. Gives me the minimum motivation to walk a little more a day.

Absolutely amazing. Love this app. Needed a way to motivate me to walk and get more exercise, and this app does it. As an absolute nerd for Tolkien, it's fun to watch my steps be tracked on a journey like my favorite books. 5 stars 10/10

Cool idea but the fact you can only log a mile before you hit the paywall, is disgusting. I put in like 8 to 12 miles a day on average, this is a joke of an app and an obvious cash grab for nerds.

On random days, the app will completely disregard all steps I've taken. It's happened too many times now, and with no way to manually enter that distance, Fantasy Hike no longer motivates me. Bummer.

it doesn't keep up with actual steps.... I clicked in 13 miles yesterday and the app only registered 3.7 miles. Love the app, love the idea but how does it register 3ish miles a day when I walk 15+ a day........
