App does not work. It won't allow you to create an account and rejects any attempt to do so. Pity. It looked like it would have been a nice complement for my Mirach bike.

App need a lot of improvement. Can't get past the login screen after one use. Takes forever to get the bile to connect. Just download and use the Mercia app and use their videos. Save yourself time and aggravation.

Same as others, can't log in, password reset doesn't work, other login options don't work. Shame.

Absolute trash and absolute zero app support for the login issue. I'm uninstalling and will look for another app. I don't plan on reinstalling if this ever gets fixed so don't expect an update from me if they fix this 🗑. 😆
