Faras for Captains is a good 👍 app. However, it needs a few checkups like fare increment, cashless trips👎are a turn-down, and if a request can ring for one "nearest" captain.....better way

There is absolutely so much to Love about this app ❤️❤️, If you're a driver or rider and you're complaining about how much u earn from Faras trips, then u must be mentally disabled. Just try out Stup!d apps like somebody and u will see the difference, currently in Uganda, there isn't any app that is fair to Riders and drivers like Faras, I personally rate it a 5 star (9/10) the latest update of 2nd April 2025 has a better and smoother user interface but the pairing options and pick up distance?

It's the most disgusting app l have ever used as a driver, these people they don't care about the driver, they only care about the costumers, they give the customers non stoping discount and still want from us their commission while we (drivers)are the people who are suffering with the high cost of fuel, dept of the car, and yet we almost get nothing in return, they should balance ⚖️

Older version extremely better than new version. New version is poor 😫 at location, no pairing with clients incase, can't display 😉 over other apps, can't get new clients when it's in background. Am really disappointed 😞 😔 😕 with the new version and missing older version 😍

Faras would be a good app if a customer request could take a bit long like a second, and it allows a rider to receive, Mine a request flashes in a micro second, and it's gone hence no way to receive.... I can take a full day without receiving person.... I recommend it for customers cos it's cheap on their side naye on the side of a rider we work for nothing... A distance of 6K the app can show you 3K...... The customer care team is so professional and caring, Thanks
