★★☆☆☆ Used the app for the first time a day ago. I had a discount, but the driver started complaining from the onset of the journey which made me very uncomfortable. It felt like he wanted to drop me off in the middle of nowhere as he kept asking me how much I would actually pay him since he felt like the discount was a rip off. I had to forfeit my discount coz I felt unsafe. Reached out to your customer care;no response. Don't think I'll be using it again tbh.

★★☆☆☆ You guys maps are horrible.... even your drivers complain about that... you request a trip, but you still have to direct the driver..... so what's the map for???? Am I adding something else you guys are horrible your driver's takes forever to come to the destination...
