This app can't even put zip codes together on delivery route lists. It will start you out in one area and then make you go back to the same area later in the day. As a driver it wastes time on your work day.

This is a rubbish app, I have used this for about 5 days over the last 3 weeks, on 6 occasions it has directed from between 2 and 3 miles away from the proper address. The app Postag took me to the exact front of the property on all occasions. I have used Fareye for delivering interflora flowers, and it also fails to optimize the route to take into account AM deliveries. Only my local knowledge and Postag got me there. Why interflora have chosen this app I do not know. I don't trust it.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The route sequencing is not just inefficient, it makes NO SENSE. The number of addresses that get pinned incorrectly is ridiculous, and the fact that we have to manually fix each bad pin EVERY SINGLE ORDER because it isn't saved correctly in the system is even worse! The app itself is clunky and not very intuitive, and every time there is an update, things get worse. If I had any choice in the matter, we would've gone with another system AGES ago.
