I was playing this game and enjoying it until recently. It won't load anymore, so I uninstalled it and then re-installed it again it won't load, so I uninstalled it again.

I sent a detailed e-mail to your support e-mail address the same day I posted the previous review. I have not received a reply. I am not on social media to be in the chat room. I thought by posting the review, and sending the information via the support e-mail, someone would address the issue. What good is it to have a support e-mail if there is no response. I really loved the game, but the support department gives you the run around.
