I have been with FIGFCU since 2001. This app is user-friendly and very convenient for when I'm on the go and need to quickly check or transfer funds between accounts.

UPDATE 3/5/22. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20Ultra and do NOT have any trouble. App is easy to use to make basic transactions. My favorite is the Holiday account. It makes the Holiday season less stressful and enjoyable. Are the funds always released on the first Friday of November? Also, are there any other savings accounts that function in the same way? Finally, my only suggestion would be to provide the ability to change the amounts of automatic scheduled transactions via the app.

Upgraded my phone today to a Samsung 22 ultra and the Farmers Insurance Group credit union app will not open. Apparently the phone and app are not compatible ... so 😡

Had problems before, doesn't even work now. It would constantly lock up on my Galaxy S10, now that I got the s22 ultra it doesn't even load.

This app worked just fine on my Note 20 Ultra but does not even open on my new Galaxy S22 Ultra. Have repeatedly installed/uninstalled, and it just doesn't work. Very disconcerting since I'm not anywhere near a branch.
