I love F&M Bank's excellent customer service, but you are light-years behind the industry in technology. This app is barely functional, needs a UI modernization, account alerts, mobile deposit, bill pay, two-factor authentication and fingerprint reader support. If you want customers younger than Baby Boomers, technology upgrades are required.
