Everything works well except the gas discount at the pump. They charge me 1 dollar every time I fill gas in my car and I do not see any discount.

The app says my physical card doesn't exist. I've been using it for years, on a daily basis. I use it to fill my work truck every week. I have a lot of points built up on it, and the app doesn't recognize it? If I have to start from scratch, losing all my points, let me inform fasrewards about a simple fact. I'm surrounded by gas stations of every brand, where I live. I can start a new rewards' card at any of them. It doesn't have to be at the Admiral.

I recommend UPSIDE for max gas savings. FAS app isn't helpful for me. It says I would save ZERO cents on gas!?! 🤷 why else would I need a gas card? 🙄. I can't even access my account information on the app to find out what the card number is because the one I was given does not work when I type it in at gas station.
