Prices are exorbitant. 2 to 3 times the market rate. Even quick delivery services in metro cities don't charge such high premium. On top of that delivery charge is extremely high as well. Other startups in Jamshedpur providing grocery delivery services are much more sensible with regards to pricing.

I have been using this app for a long time now. Initially service was good and prompt. But after lockdown things changed drastically. I know It's hard time for all specially for delivery personal but more than 24hr delay in grocery order is too much. They simply can't handle the rush while others are doing fine. Ordered on late night for next day morning slot but still after 24hr delay they keep on mumbling "admi nehi h bhaiya" "boot zyada order h".... even "delivery boy ka accident ho gaya" 😂

Don't order vegetable and fruits from them, or you'll repent eventually. Due to pandemic I installed this application and ordered items four times and paid more than 14,000 rupees to them for that. Every time some of the vegetables and fruits were rotten, and I didn't complain to support them but this time I have to throw half of the vegetables and fruits. One suggestion for FASD -" Don't start what you can't handle" I am uninstalling FASD right now and never ever will install it. Thank you.
