Keep your personal or family finances easily under control with Fast Budget. You can check your daily expenses and improve your savings. Visualize the flow of your money at a glance with the fully customizable Overview page. Fast Budget offers numerous tools to help you better manage your money, including various charts, a helpful calendar, and a subscription manager. Your data can be shared among your devices or the Fast Budget web app.
Fast Budget - Expense Manager features:
ACCOUNTS AND CREDIT CARDS Track your bank accounts and credit cards to stay on top of your finances. Visualize your financial health through customizable charts that show account balances and spending trends over time.
TRANSACTIONS AND SCHEDULED TRANSACTIONS Insert your revenues and outgoings in an easy and fast way. There are various tools within this money manager to speed up the insertion of a transaction, like transaction templates or two widgets. You can schedule your income or expenses to recur over time with a reminder that notifies you when the transaction is due.
BUDGETS Create custom budgets to always know how much money you still have available. Budgets are divided by category and you can choose the duration they run for. You can select multiple categories for each budget.
SUBSCRIPTIONS Track all your subscriptions and view your monthly and annual spending. You can set a reminder to receive a notification before your subscription renews.
DEBTS Track your debts and credits toward banks, friends or companies in a dedicated page.
CALENDAR Keep an eye on your profits and costs day by day, so you always know how much, when and where you’re spending. You can also see the payments scheduled for the following days.
OTHER • Web app available. • Export your data in PDF, CSV and XLS (Excel) format. • Dark mode and pages color personalization. • Automatic backup in Dropbox to avoid data loss. • Protect your data with a passcode. • Reminder to not forget to insert your daily transactions. • Synchronize up to five devices.

I have made comparisons for many apps. And I found this is the appropriate one with that my needs. Hopefully, it will be improved to provide optionally subcategory and more diagrams in advance. Especially for diagrams, how about adding an option to include archive accounts also, I believe it will be easier rather than we have to activate manually. Lastly, when we restore the backup, the picture doesn't include. So what the use of the picture backup? Please, fix it!

I really like this app, that I use continuously since 2021. However, I don't like the new interface, especially on the 2 following parts : - The budget bar progression is less readable, the old one was much better - Adding new transaction interface is too saturated. There are too many lines. The previous one was cleaner visually and therefore easy to use. I would be glad if it could be restored or if there was an option to do so. Thank you for paying attention to my remark.

I like the changes to the calendar section, the green & red dots and the daily details underneath. My demands are minimal, and after my browser this app is 1 app that gets checked daily. Bugs get zapped quickly.

-⭐ Free plan cannot sync banks. -⭐ Premium plan trial cannot sync banks, so I cannot test the setup. -⭐ Ultra plan only syncs up to 4 banks and 2 of my 6 banks are not available for sync.
