Great place to wash car and love the share plan. However, my husband is unable to "share" bc the app allows only one device per plan. It makes no sense bc he doesn't have my phone when he wants to wash his car. The share plan should allow for several devices to allow sharing. The plan is already limited to 10 washes a month, so why limit the ability to share by limiting the devices? It belies the very purpose of the sharing plan.

Good deal. Car wash does a very good job and is well maintained. App is easy to use.

Terrible system. Says machine is offline and cannot use for wash. 2 out of 2 visits to fast lane has been a big disappointment. Last time I will use Fast lane

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR WASHES USING THEIR AUTOMATIC CAR WASHES THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OF WHATSOEVER, EVER. IN PERSON, ON YHE PHONE, EMAIL, YOU Can't REACH ANYONE TO HELP YOU. ALSO, ALL 3 EMAILS SENT IN 3 WEEKS WENT COMPLETELY IGNORED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A CAR WASH THAT CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!
