It's a easy way to remember when to Fast. And being reminded to drink water as well. The insights are also helpful.

So far so good. Just started using it but having the fasting timer on my notifications and the reminders and all that of when and what to eat, it's awesome. Hopefully it works.

Nearly 1 year after I started my fast easy program (modified), it's still off! I lost 70 pounds and 10 pants sizes during the program. I have gone up and down 7 pounds back and forth over the year. I'm thinking about starting it again to take off another 30 pounds. Maintenance after fast easy program you will not find in the app (sadly) My Maintenance: No food after 8 pm, never eat seconds at a meal. Never eat any fast food ever. Breakfast: Only eat oatmeal 5 walnuts 1/4 cup of berries.

Expensive and NOT worth the money. I tried the free trial and there was nothing about the app worth paying for. I was put on auto-pay and charged $30.99 for one week. I tried to get a refund for cancelling same day and not using the service. No go. Purchase is final. Don't do the free trial because you will not remember to cancel it. Use the Zero app instead-it is FREE and offers the same service

I accidentally subscribed to this app and money was removed from my account for their subscription. I have tried to stop the subscription and demand a refund but no one is responding to my requests. I need help recover my money from this app. 😩 it's not a very good experience hence I advise trading cautiously with them.
