Fastic: Food & Calorie Tracker

★★★★★ The app is great, but the meal planner really needs some work. I paid for the mastic plus so get access to it and for the most part it's great. But, if you want to swap out a snack, there's no filter. It just comes up with every possible meal, so you have to scroll through every single meal to find something. Also, the search button really sucks. More detail doesn't narrow anything down. Coffee mate comes up with all different brands of coffee before coffee mate. There's more but character limit.

★★★★★ This app is incredibly comprehensive and easy to use. I love the ability to scan food using my camera to track caloric intake. I recommend focusing on one health aspect at a time, so it doesn't get overwhelming and build from there. Establish a water habit and track food first before moving onto the other features. Don't worry if targets aren't met. It's about tracking as a habit at first, then the self-awareness and motivation follows. If it had a pedometer I'd give 5 stars. $44/yr is worth it.
