Description
The FASTTRAK Driver App allows your drivers to manage trips within a simplified user experience, providing continuous updates to dispatch personnel via the Fasttrak Ultimate and/or Express software. Prior to a trip, drivers have the ability to review and confirm customer trips that have been assigned to them.
Once a driver begins trip (En Route Status), the driver and trip will become "Active", capturing driver status and location for use within the dispatch software. The driver will have the ability to set the appropriate trip status throughout the trip, including On Location, On Board and Dropped. Drivers will also have the ability to set exception statuses including No Show.
Additional driver functionality includes trip messaging, trip ticket view, call/message initiated from app, passenger greet sign display, driver expense management, mileage input and return to base time.

Excellent app. Please update to display the day of the week (Mon, Tue, etc.) on the trip summary instead of the year. Nobody needs reminding what year it is, but many of us think of our work assignments in terms of what day they're due.

Can you please fix your app so our fleet of vehicles can do their job in a less stressful and timely fashion?!?! It constantly takes more than a minute for the simplest of things to go through. Drivers shouldn't have to spend 5 minutes at a time to sign in, go on duty, pick their vehicle, mark their mileage and mark themselves en route. Each action seems to take between 30 seconds to a minute while the "wait wheel" spins.
