Dispute against the charge on my card for service that is not in my subscriptions, and the charge comes from a company that you have no knowledge of and their website doesn't cover the blanket of subsidiaries that are working underneath them, it becomes extraordinarily confusing to dispute a charge. I use a VPN that is free, if I tell customer service this is bogus I don't know anything about it and no email that I use with my PayPal is reflecting any receipt. Then that is inefficient.

This VPN is fine for its price. Works well. App does need a little bit of refinement. Other than this, all the other VPN apps even the free one's works with Every Proxy app which makes the VPN hotspot. This one does not work with it. Giving 4-star rating. If the developers can make it work with Every Proxy app. That would be great and would help me alot. Thank you

I’ve faced multiple issues that have significantly affected usability and performance. I would appreciate it if the company could look into this and work on improving the service.
