First thought, the app looks nice, but it won't take "cancel" for an answer. I don't want it to have access to every part of my phone and there is no reason to appear over other apps or have the ability to read my notifications, but it keeps trying. Second thing, the adverts show a man in a chair and say "over 50s workout" but there isn't one. The default workout is floor exercises and second exercise is pres sups. If I could do pres sups, I wouldn't need an app.

I have to give permission to basically control my phone.... that is a HELL NO. Why do you need permission to get all my info?? My info has nothing to do with you... Permission for notifications is fine... LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE HACKERS... BIG SCAM GOING ON HERE... DO NOT INSTALL THE APP!!!!
