Great experience with the app. Mostly decent clients renting my equipment. Had one who lost my bike lock key, following the protocol and guidelines of the app I was prepared with the right documents, the app service refunded me the cost of the lock for a replacement. There was one request from a spammer/scammer and the app has a good detection system and alerted me to it, so I was warned and suspicious and denied the user and reported it. Excellent system.

Please fix the app! It has somehow got worse and is incredibly buggy. Messages aren't coming up, searches freeze, can change the search area. It's such an amazing solution and is being wasted.
