I like the Fax. Plus app. However, I wish it would allow sending a fax by entering only the fax number. After preparing the cover page and documents, if I enter a number without a contact name, the app asks me to add a contact. Sometimes I don’t want to save or display a personal name. Please allow users to send faxes with just the number. I'm going to get an app updated now to see what changes.

I never leave reviews. I could not figure out how to send the 10 free pages, but after taking the time to read through everything it worked perfectly. If I ever need to use it again, I would definitely pay for their service, it is well worth not having to leave home, spend money on gas and then pay for FedEx Office/UPS store to send a fax! I have a broken leg and this app was a Godsend and my doctor got the fax immediately after I sent it. If I could rate it 10 Stars I would. A+++

Not free. You only fit d out after creating account that you have to pay. Should not be on list when searching for 'free' service. The response below is incorrect - no way to send without actually paying.

Terrible experience with Fax. Plus/Aloha. Their system exploits customers: you pay for a monthly plan, unused pages shown in the account vanish at renewal, and then they push expensive credit for a basic fax service. Fax is not daily entertainment; it is used for courts and public offices when needed. We know what this is: manipulation of unused pages, forced recurring payments, and overpriced service. This is not transparent, not fair, and not customer-friendly. I do not recommend it at all. No.

👉👺 Deceptive. 🤔 Additionally, it installs on all devices but uninstalls only on one. Ads claims a "free plan" then waits till the last step to show a payment page. The pricing layout tricks you with a deceptive $6+ tab, but it's an upfront $83.99 annual charge. The developer responded to my review, but completely ignored the word "DECEPTIVE" I was Allowed to INVEST TIME in how to use the app, even SIGNED the document when suddenly it showed me a pay wall. NOT free. It WASTED MY TIME ⏰️‼️
