I like the Fax. Plus app. However, I wish it would allow sending a fax by entering only the fax number. After preparing the cover page and documents, if I enter a number without a contact name, the app asks me to add a contact. Sometimes I don’t want to save or display a personal name. Please allow users to send faxes with just the number. I'm going to get an app updated now to see what changes.

Great for 10 free pages to get started. I never fax anything. But once in a blue moon, I might need to. And prices aren't bad if you are going to continue faxing. Plus, get a separate number from your phone.

Why do I pay for a Fax Plus subscription, then discover that my page balance drops for no clear reason? I always track the remaining pages with screenshots, yet I keep seeing dozens of pages disappear without explanation. That creates distrust and makes the service feel unreliable. Even worse, you count the fax cover page as a paid page instead of making it free, as it should be. Stop this greed, show a clear breakdown for every charged page, and treat customers with honesty from now on always!!

Piss Poor Service. I do not recommend it. Takes quite a time to send and then says sent but fax actually failed. Uninstalled
