Wonderful app and worked just as promised. Any negative review someone might see is simply due to the fact the user didn't take the time or the steps necessary to figure it out. it's simple... sign up, you don't have to enter any credit card information. Once your free account is set up go to the menu on the "pick a plan" page and select "send free fax" and you will get them and it works. The paid plan looks great for someone who needs to also receive faxes but if you only need to send this is it

No free trial. I tried to send my first fax--only 4 pages--and I get nowhere unless I sign up for a paid plan. Immediately uninstalled

There's no option to fax anything for free, it only lets you choose a subscription which you have to pay for. If there is an option they certainly don't make it easy to find.

BEWARE: Deceptive Time-Based Billing Scam WARNING: Do not use Fax Plus. They advertise per-page pricing, but deceptively bill by 60-second time increments. If line static or connection delays slow down transmission, a single physical sheet drains multiple page credits instantly. When challenged on burning through credits, customer support hides behind fine-print excuses instead of fixing the issue. AVOID this platform at all costs.
