5 stars, Perfect! I only need to send a time sheet every other week. That was a long time ago. Now (5/24/2026) it doesn't recognize me or my phone number. I only wanted to send a fax for someone. Let me go find another one time fax app. It was good while I used it before. I went home and did it from my computer. It's all good, and I still have credit like for 70 faxes. 5 stars again, even if I don't actually need it that much.

Terrible experience with Fax. Plus/Aloha. Their system exploits customers: you pay for a monthly plan, unused pages shown in the account vanish at renewal, and then they push expensive credit for a basic fax service. Fax is not daily entertainment; it is used for courts and public offices when needed. We know what this is: manipulation of unused pages, forced recurring payments, and overpriced service. This is not transparent, not fair, and not customer-friendly. I do not recommend it at all. No.

Not free. You only fit d out after creating account that you have to pay. Should not be on list when searching for 'free' service. The response below is incorrect - no way to send without actually paying.
